Industry experts predict strong sales for the new version, estimating that it could sell between five to six million units in its first few weeks on the market 12. To complement the game’s launch, Nintendo also released a special edition of the Nintendo Switch 2, featuring a design inspired by 'Ocarina of Time'. Best Buy hosted a midnight launch event on November 4, 2026, where each store received between 10 and 20 of these themed consoles 3.
